A Model Team 5580 Highway Rig - Original Design, with a few changes made. This model was released in 1986, when I was born, however I got it later on, they released it every year onwards up until 1992/3 I think. There's very little that I have changed, it's just some parts where missing, so I had to use other pieces. So it's sort of a MOC. I did however use this set dissembled for many other projects. Now it stands proudly with my other Lego Sets. Enjoy and rate if you'd like!!!

Hi, thanks for adding me as a favourite builder ! Now that I'm in a 'waiting for parts' period on my 1/3 scale lambo I've got some time to post some comments back to everyone ! I like this model - though it may be an official set - and I find myself often in the same position, dissassembling sets and replacing bits to use parts for other models lol... Good luck building, and I hope to see more models from you soon ! Dan

No worries mate, your good at what you do, gotta praise you for it. Yeah the Model Team they go back along way, I've had mine made on and off in the past, but this time it's going to stay, I couldn't agree more they are a fine Lego set, you should put your one up, would love to see it.....
