Trip To Market
John the Cooper has loaded up his wagon for a trip to the local market.
About this creation

That's John. He's a cooper. They make stuff from wood. That's his wife Sarah there in the red. His son Ralph is over in the cow pasture and his nephew Tim is coming to town with him. He has a bench to deliver and some other things to sell.

Got their lunch packed, although Tim is eating already. He young and eats all the time.

There's always something interesting to poke with a stick when your 6 years old. That's Ralph's pet chicken Ethel. She follows him around all over the farm. I can't tell them apart either, but Ralph can.

That duck might be good eatin' if they only knew he was there. Got some carrots and cabbage growing. I saw the carrots in Brian Kasprzyk's Sea Port at the TCBX last October.

That's the upstairs. It was added when Raplph was born. Tim sleeps under the stairs. He's been an apprentice in the cooper for nearly two years and still has all of his fingers.

The shop is small but there's plenty of work for everyone. The house is simple but the walls are thick and they keep the cold out in the winter. Especially with a nice fire going.

Very cool. A few more windows on the all tudor side would be a bit better. I really like your lanscape, little workshop, and the interior. The wagon also is very good too.

Yep. I love that Medieval Market Place. And Brian, I only got one. It was one of the best sets I've ever bought at full price. Many pieces worked their way into this build. Cows (which are great), the boy (after I changed his hair), chicken, duck, dark brown barrels. I made more chickens from my own stock but quickly ran out of those white 1x1 bricks with studs on all four sides. Most of the plants came from the Pick-A-Brick in the Mall of America which also supplies many clearance sets at half price. see ya. garth

This is great. I think my favorite of yours to date. I see that you got the medieval market set? Mine just came in the mail two days ago and boy was it worth it. Lots of great pieces in there.

First, I know Crimso's first language isn't english, but do you think he made that lucky duck joke on purpose? I'd like to think so. Ahh, that brings back memories of being 6 and poking cow patties with a stick... good times, good times... Great build here. Gotta love the clearance sale at the mall huh? You lucky duck. ~ Chris.

The final result is worth of the work you've put in that MOC. I couldn't say what is the best part. The interior is sweet, the general architecture is clever and beautiful, and all the other details (chicken, wagon...) are so cool ! "Bravo" and thanks for the preview :D - PS the duck is lucky !

Great work, I love that house! The wagon is nice too, if only my garden looked like that...but mine is covered in snow...

Nice Work, noticed you have the new cows, so you must be the one that cleared the MOA out of the castle village sets...

Cool. I am always amazed at the variety of people's MOC's. Where does it come from? Hope it keeps coming.
