Batmobile 1999? MOC (Batmobile 1990's V3)

About this creation

There was a picture of the model designed in the style of Batmobile at some site.
I don't understand what kind of batman story this Batmobile is.
It turned out that it seemingly only appeared around 1999.

However, a design is very good.
Batmobile MOC was made on the topic of them.
Completed Batmobile resembled certain one of the versions of "Batmobile 1990's" which appears in comic.
I named it "Batmobile 1990's Version 3" for such a reason.

Another quality bat MOC from you!! I remember your creations so well, and in my opinion you're building the best bat mobiles ever made with LEGO, at this MOC I specially like the side building technique, also the way you've build the front is very nice...
