My first try at lighting effects.
About this creation
After studying at the feet of master Eylar, I've decided to try some lighting effects.
No, the camera isn't out of focus here. It's just focused on the background.
And no, I don't have any explaination as to who these guys are.
It's a fairly simple set-up really.
Here is what inspired this build.
Please let me know how my attempt turned out!

Lookin' good! Nice light, and I like the camera angle in that forth shot, too. |

So THAT'S who was at my feet... Fantastic work; that first shot is great. One suggestion if I may: if you take the pictures at night, there's no residual blue light. |

Nice, I know you only used that picture as inspiration, but to make this look more like it, I would perhaps make the wall dark grey, and the light blue, it would give it the more eerie look you are going for. |

It may be a tiny bit to bright, but I think you did great!! Maybe you could tape a piece of clear-ish blue tissue paper over the lamp to give it that faded blue glow that I saw in the picture that you were basing this off of. Just an idea. Great job! |

I like. Also, it can be fun and produce some neat results if you mess around with your camera's manual controls. |

Looks quite good, it's just a bit to bright I think. If it were darker overall the "lightbeams" would look even better, at least that's what I presume :)
But even now one can easily see that those two guys are cool as ice ;) |
