KR-01 Kolkrabe
Corvus Corax Industries (CCI) proudly presents their first fighter: The "KR-01 Kolkrabe" also known as "Kolk".
About this creation
"Kolkrabe" is the German name for the Common Raven. The idea for this ship came up during the busdrive, from school to home, when I saw a few Common Ravens in the sky. - Okay it sounds a little bit stupid but it is true...

The "Kolk" was developed by Corvus Corax Industries and is an all-purpose fighter used by an new rising empire but also by mercenaries, pirates and bounty hunters. The "Kolk" is equipped with completely new technologies like primary and secondary shields and even more. Because of this, the Kolk is a little bit expensive but also coveted by many people.

Armament:
4x MultiPhase-Cannons (MPC)
2x MultiPhase-Torpedo (MPT) Launchers.

A MultiPhase-Torpedo (MPT) and a MultiPhase-Cannons (MPC)

The escape-pod function, like in my P-1.

A new mysterious person has entered the arena... (It is part of a new theme)

...I declare the "Kolkrabe" to my personal starfighter...

I love this! This is a very unique craft, and somewhat sinister, as well. I think the name is well chosen as well. I will have to keep an eye on your projects!

This is really nice, but it's just not big enough to be in the 'Only BIG spaceships' group. http://www.mocpages.com/group.php/2070 E-mail me if you have a bigger one, zlowing@hotmail.com

Those engines are the best part of the whole ship. When can we see the next installment of the Klingon Bird of Prey?

I thought I reviewed this already.. Oh well, this is a very cool ship: truly a slope-fest but unlike a lot of ships that make use of the slope parts, this looks really nice. Nothing better than huge engines and lots of firepower as well!

Wow, I'm glad you reminded me to come check this out. Fantastic design, it has a dark sinister feel to it. Sorry I missed it when it first came out. Great Job!

i will admit this is very nice, i myself would like a star-fighter with all of the fiddly bits from the different SCI-FI genres, but that is impossible, but you make it seem almost impossible, well done, on a great MOC. ~Martin

Totally cool. The overall shape has a very menacing look to it; perfect for this kind of MOC. In MOCpages 2009, this will be an instant favorite of mine. ;)

I agree with Shan about the Artoo head, but everything else is just fantastic! And by the way [you might not remember me], I used to be HAWK3YE. Can't wait for more!

Very cool. The R2 head seems slightly out of place to me, but that's a very minor gripe. I guess it provides a little splash of color. Keep up the good work.
