Thank the Maker! Someone's put 3PO to excellent use. This is very clever, what first struck me about this is that there's an actual comic entitled "Captain Threepio," this reminded me of it… only a bit, since the comic's premise wasn't about C-3PO commanding a team of bloodthirsty droid-pirates!
