This is a single-wheeled motorcycle with extreme concepts, and a very dangerous experience. The one-wheel cycle is a reletively newer invention, however, the orginal pedal-powered versions have been around since the 19th century! As you can imagine, this build was very difficult, and very frustrating! Please comment!
About this creation
Back view. Notice all the detail I put into this build...trust me...it was a tough one! By the way, the picture up above is the front view.
Another rear view. This time you can see the tailight and a cable attached to the headlights.
A picture of the real monowheel I modeled. Looks kinda funny actually!

Very Good. I always liked the design of this thing. 4/5! Also, maybe you could make a minifig scale version. Just a thought! :) |

I can't help myself but this masterpiece of PBE (plastic-brick-engineering) reminds me of an episode from "Southpark"...X-rated! Dylan, you made a simple but crazy machine here, 10/5 for sure. Cheers, Jens |

really good. Only thing is, it can't actually roll, can it?

Wow, that's great! I've seen the real thing on tv countless times. Excellent detail! Oh, thanks for commenting on my KITT WIP over on Flickr! I really appreciate the support since I was considering abandoning the project. It may be months before its finished though. Thanks again and great work. Peace - Patrick |

Is that tire a lego piece or did you just rip it off an old toy car? |

sweet. there cannot possibly be a more fun and exciting way to kill your self! Actually, I had thought about one of these things before I even heard of it, which, btw, this is the first time I've heard of that. cool details. Great Job! I have a question though, what does the steering bar do? It can't turn one wheel in relation to the other like a motorcycle, so does it just like tilt the whole machine? or is it just there to hold on to for dear life? lol thanks. I just got a new car up, so check it out. |

I was going to say the only drawback (an unavoidable one of scale, not at all a knock on the build here) was that the cockpit is slightly to big for a minifig, and too small for a Technic fig. But the picture of the guy in the real thing has me convinced that it's about perfectly sized for a Technic fig. Find one and cram him in there! |
