Great. I say 4.5, because I don't like phase 1 armor. Other than that, perfect, especially the gun and the communication antennae!

Hey i just noticed you used permanent marker well here is a tip if you ever want to take it off there is a great way to do it. MAGIC ERASER im sure you know what taht is. just be careful i am working on taking it off my clones and i erased almost all the decals pretty frustrating huh!! anyway thought i would tell u.

Sweet! Miggy is so awesome! (As in the minifig, not that you're not awesome! Er, I mean as a builder!) I really like your choice of color for your legion! And those shoulder pads look great on Miggy! The sandtrooper-ish backpack looks pretty cool, as do the pistols! (or whatever they are) The base is pretty cool too! I love the lava effect! (do I spot tini-turbo stickers in there?)
