I lay down my sword at your feet mighty warrior. This was a great battle and your build was incredible. You nailed the Masterchief mech perfectly. Not sure about the other as I've never seen him before. :-) Either way, this was an awesome build and I feel no shame in losing to you. Congrats and good luck in the final round! |

Sorry for the delay, Andrew...but a belated congratulations! Ya got my vote for the win. I actually felt like Dave's build might have been just a tiny bit better from the construciton standpoint, but it was definitely close. However, the concept for this build was quite unique, and that put it over top for me. So while Dave gets to retire (with pride, I might add) you'd best gird up them loins to take the battlefield yet again...Got one more in ya? Here's hopin! Congrats! |

I partially agree with Brian, but I'm giving you my vote anyway. The scene was instantly recognizable and I think you captured the look perfectly. It's up to Kelso. |

OK, this was an extremely difficult decision, but I’m afraid I’m going to have to give my vote to Dave. Don’t get me wrong though…your entry is outstanding. The proportions and poses are excellent and despite the blocky contours, they just feel like a Spartan and a Brute. However, the larger you build with Lego, the more forgiving the medium becomes with regard to replicating proportions and details so Dave’s minifig scale effort earned him a few extra points in my book, and it was enough to give him the edge. The other judges may feel differently though, so you still have a good shot at the win. |

Great Andy, i like the spartan. this looks alot like the halo 3 commercial. but i actually think Dave beat u here, i mean, his entry was a huge minifig sized vehicle, and to me thats about the best u can get in lego. especially with threads. still like ur entry tho(especially the helmet design on John)
Peace ~Ed! |

You really deserve a 5/5 here, but you didn't use a Sharpie to modify anything - so I had to dock you a smiley. ...It's an authenticity thing. |

Very nice work, here. I think the brute looks a bit better than the chief. I do wish it was a bit more clean that it is. However, it does look nice, and it's the judges' opinions who matter, not mine. Good luck, sir. Your going to need it after seeing what Dave came up with... |
