About this creation
The Light Support Gunship was used during the Clone wars as an aerial support vehicle capable of tactical air to ground strikes. The ships insect-like appearance quickly earned it the nickname and call sign Fly. It has a crew of two a pilot and a gunner. The Fly's armament includes two rocket launchers and four Light blaster cannons that can be rotated to aim downwards for better accuracy and aslo two forward facing light repeating lasers. The rockets and blaster cannons are fitted into weapons pods that can be swapped out with different weapon pods depending on the mission type (I will be making more weapon pods soon). This arangement is the standard setup with a rocket launcher and two blasters on each pod. The rocket launchers use a similar revolving self-reloading sysytem as the LAAT. Inside the cylander there are rockets that rotate up and around into the fireing tube. Each cylander holds seven rockets. The two tilting weapon pods are aimed and fired by the gunner at ground targets. While the two lasers are fired by the pilot and used for local defense. The Fly also sports two oversized turbine engines that propell the ship at very high speeds making it harder to destroy. The engines are also mounted on the top of the ship to protect them from ground fire.

NOTE:I saw this cockpit design somewhere on this site but I can't remember who's page it was just telling that its not my original design.
