FAMAS G1
A full-sized French FAMAS G1 assault rifle. Very colorfull, but it looks pretty cool, and it's very powerfull.
About this creation
This is my new assault rifle, the FAMAS G1. It's quite detailed, has got a good firing mechanism (it looks very much like the mechanism of Lawrence Fetters ,but its my own design.). The trigger is wrong,I know. It has a good range and the railsight works, maximal range is 5 meters, and it makes a nice sound effect when pulling the trigger. The firing bolt is moveable, but doesnt slide back in position.
By the way; I'm sick of reviews like; "Just too colorfull.". It's mostly about the gun,not about the colors, right?

This is the FAMAS F1 I replicated, just no bipod, I'm sorry.

The FAMAS project began in 1967 under the direction of Paul Tellie and the first prototype was completed in 1971, with French military evaluation of the rifle beginning in 1972. When production problems delayed the general issue of the new rifles, and with the 1976 airborne operation in Kolwezi showing the immediate need for a more modern weapon, the French Army began searching for a temporary rifle to fill this need until the FAMAS came into full production.
Famas is a bullpup assault rifle, with a firing rate of 900/1000 rpm and a magazine with 25/30 bullets in it.

The whole FAMAS.

The magazine is removable.

This is the moving firing bolt.

The mechanism.

Trigger pulled. Look that litthe yellow piece that comes up. That pushes up the firing bolt.

Very wavey handgrip, but I discovered the Lawrence Fetter uses it too.

This is the best bullet you can get.

The bolt is cocked now,the only thing i have to do now is just put the bullet in.

Ho it like this; put it in the barrel for about 3/5 into the barrel.

Than give a powerfull clap with your finger on it,so it flys into the barrel.

The working sight, very handy is close combat. But,the change of hit,on a distance of 10 feet or 3 meters,is only 55%.

For the people who like FPS views. I dont play games with FPS,i just heard about it.

No instructions. *very very very evil laughter*.

heel mooi ik heb een rbg famas net afgemaakt, hij ziet er goed uit alleen: de bolt werkt niet (het mechanisme zit in de weg) en die "kap" is te klein, en te technic

Ya you did get critisized badly on this. I mean it looks almost exact... The only thing I sort of recomend is to work on your colors. It takes up a big role. If I didn't use black... I could make a riffle almost as tall as i am.

Awesome, man! I wonder who rated so badly? My paper wasp gun is also rated low without reason.

I dont quite know why this is rated so low, its not THAT bad, looks like the normal one aside from the colors, I do find colors helpful when Color Coding sections to better understand their functions, magazine is pretty sweet though.
