Hey Lego, can you hear me now?
About this creation
I was Challenged to build this car to rival TLC's upcoming 8653 Technic Enzo Racer. I really don't even like the "Real" Enzo Ferrari, but I needed a new challenge, so I went for it.
The specs:
Studless chassis and body(Except for the engine dress-up kit and chrome rear tips)
Over 2000 pieces
"Hand of God" steering system that works with the steering wheel and Vice-Versa. No dummy steering wheel on this model.
Doors open and lock into place and then snap right back into closed position.
Enzo Suspension. I used stiffer springs for the shocks. The factory ones worked well, but were not to my liking. I am interested in how the 8653 suspension works...
Rear hatch opening is assisted by 2 damped 10l shocks, and snaps back and locks closed. Works very, very well.
6 speed standard transmission plus a reverse gear(6+1), Sorry Enzo fans, A 6 speed semi-automatic tranny was out of my skill range. We will se if my tranny can compare with the one that you get in the 8653 set.
I am very happy with the end result. Thanks to everyone out there for their support and comments during the long and tedious building of this car. And thanks to all of my dealers for the great products and prompt service.

Hey you outlegoed lego! Your Enzo is so much better than the 10th scale Enzo Lego made. It fixes everything I dont like about the Lego Enzo. I wish lego made tires this size and wide, but with lower profile tires and a staggered offset. One thing I'm trying to figure out is how to make a 6 speed + reverse transmission which is less than 8 lugs wide.. or a way to make the shift lever far from the mechanics of the transmission so that I can put the seats closer together. |

People, I've made instructions for a much smaller MOC and trust me it's hard. And the guy who said this isn't a lego creation is a moron, technic is lego you flaming douche bag. Best lego creation ever built, it was built by the lego god. |

You sir, are a master builder! Building a 6 speed tranny on this scale! GENIUS. I'm not the biggest fan of technic, due to the near impossibility of adding body cladding, but who cares? Do you build cars or something? The suspension is very precise. This is phenomenal! |
|

that is cool but has nothing to do with LEGO so do not put in on LEGO moc bye |

i can see the overall shape of the legendary enzo, especially near the front bumper and all, but the car seems to rigid to be a ferrari..nonetheless, i can see quite a bit of effort put into your moc, great job= ) keep up the good work! |

This takes Legos Version and throws it in the street, runs it over a couple hundred times, and spits on it. I really like how you designed the frame of the model, it looks way more realistic than Legos version of it. |
