finally the one you were waiting for! my 100th MOC!!!
About this creation
Welcome to my 100th creation. its a Rat Rod
A rat rod is a style of hot rod or custom car that, in most cases, imitates (or exaggerates) the early hot rods of the 40s, 50s, and 60s. It is not to be confused with the somewhat closely related "traditional" hot rod, which is an accurate re-creation or period-correct restoration of a hot rod from the same era. Most rat rods appear "unfinished" (whether they actually are or are not), with just the bare essentials to be driven. The rat rod is the visualization of the idea of function over form. Rat rods are meant to be driven, not shown off. Sometimes the customization will include using spare parts, or parts from another car altogether.

You are insane. I am 11, soon 12 I can barely build that, let alone with an engine, transmission and lock. You were the most MOCtalented 12 year old ever. You should make a few new creations, talent like that is unheard of. If there was a six face rating, you'd get it, no doubt.
hah, thank you. i havent posted anything in a year but i made a few rc boats out of lego...i dont think ill make stuff again but certainly ill leave my mocpage on this website for years and look back at myself when i was a 12 year old. :)
Congrats (late) on MOTD! Well deserved :) And great to hear from you again, hope we'll see something new from you soon, Yes, get your self out of these bad dark age days, nothing better than LEGO ;)
I have a question, does the steering wheel turn the wheels? Or do you manually have to turn them with you hands? Because I can't see the gear strip, or the steering rod.

My biggest digital project is coming...
A '55 Ford F-100 truck-low rider
cripes, wish i could do bodywork and details like you. that sloped roof is awesome, not to mention all the little details you added.
the engine, though... you didn't do yourself justice there. looks like it was build without any love put into it, if you know what i mean. i know you can do better.
Such art... And I've never been a lover of cars either. The detail incorporated... gear sticks, door handles...boggles the mind. For some reason I think that the transition from cabin to engine could have a little slope at least..enough to be realistic. And your age only contributes to the prestige. Good job...
hey! I heard you mention that you used someone else's tranny design instead of Ape's. Might I ask whos? I wanna try building the transmission too I guess...
Nice one man! Hey you asked for help for a semiauto mechinism I belive? Check out my "trigger mechinisms" folder. I have two types of semiauto mechanisms. Hope they help you.
Oh my!! I just ran out of all useful pieces!! I have almost now 3 MOCs ready except the interiors.. Damn I have to buy some new sets! Damn it Paypal :( and about that 1 star review bellow.. but sorry Orion; I just saw that rat you're talking about and there are many.. many big differences between them... and in the other hand I think all the rats or even the rods in general have some sort of a same overall shape.. so there was no need to that comment.. unless you have some personal problems with this guy.. sorry again, I just wanted to share my opinion at this subject..
Congratulations! Your 100th moc! I think I only have thirty... I like how you made the exhausts out of the fat F1 tires. The front lights are a bit lame, but the rims really fit - are they the rims that were on Blister Jam? I think Blister Jam would be my favorite rod of yours. And how come this isn't on the Rod Club? The door lock is so simple, and yet so genius, I think that would really take a good lego freak to do. I think you could have made the windows lower, but other than that, this is really one fine rod! I like the old, rusty, junky, rumbly, cool, broken, made-in-garage somewhere look. You got it perfectly! Congratulations on your 100th moc, and this fascinating creation! I won't be surprised if this ends up on The Brothers' Brick! Salutations to one of the greatest mocs ever built (and the comment's not exactly short either!) and the amazing builder, Apple Pie, for putting together this astonishing piece of art - Raphy. :) :D ;)
classic style with a new twist. i like it. check out my new mocs

Shame on you.
You even bitted the photoshoping.
I really donŽt like people who are stealing
other creations.
And when you steal try to make it better.
I think that failed in your case.
Try another 100 mocs and youŽll never get to the level of a masterbuilder.
What about 5 7 or 9 wide cars?
I like it

6 stars for the body-1 star for the intrior :(
=5 Stars!!!!
wow, your 100th moc, gongratulations that's a great achievement, I doubt I'll ever get that many mocs. It's very good for your 100th, great job on the engine, I love those exhausts, great job
Fantastic job, Apple! I love the steering wheel [does it actually turn the wheels?], the lights, the logo, and the overall shape. My only problem is the gearshift being a bit too high, but I'm definitely willing to overlook it because the rest of it is phenomenal! ~Will
Can't say more than the long comment of Firas,so ... Congratulation for this great piece of Lego Art ! Without any doubt, it could be an amazing official set ! As we say in France : "BRAVO"
Oh....So that weird troll head dude is the gear shift?! lol! It isn't my favorite rod from you, but undoubtably one of your best. Great details, plus you captured what you said about "form over function" by adding all these working features! Stunning! Stunning as pie can get! 5/5
1st of all.. Congrats on your 100th MOCs MR. ROD Master! ;) well it's absolutely worth more than the wait... it's just a piece of art! really can't tell any thing to improve... the details are great as well.. my favorite part(s)... well everything, but I specially like the gear knob and those chain things at the front! and the doors locks was a clever idea... bud, there was no need to give me credit, I did nothing! you just did the whole awesome thing!! thx any way.. this is kind from you.. just keep amaze us man :) >>> peace.. Fofo
