This the Pelican I built after trying for quite awhile. It turned out pretty well.
About this creation

The Pelican is pretty close to the right shape and the wings and engines can move up and down.

Top view.

The cockpit can hold two pilots easily with the little room between the troop compartment and the cockpit also able to have a minifig in it.

The troop compartment holds 10 minifigs nicely.

The landing gear isn't able to hold the Pelican up but it looks good.

The underside of the tail. I still have to make a way how to carry vehicles.
