yes, new republic it dosen't seem often one does ships or fleets for the new republic.

About this creation

the YT-nubian cruiser, a capital ship built on the smaller and less known shipyards of nubia. it was designed as a fast capable cruiser able to counter the quick moving fleets fo the empire. it has four main cannons,twelve turbolasers and ion cannons, eight x-wings and three y-wings, and a crew of two-hundred and thirty-four personal and seventy soilders.

the rebel alliance started using two years after the battle of endor and served for the rest of the galactic civil war. it was used mainly as a defensive ship for parts of the outer rim the main rebel fleets could not protect. due to it's exspense to manufacture only a twenty were in service at one time.

the area with the two yellow things are the two hangers and the back is a booster engine. the hole was designed so it could latche on and board ships like a super star destroyer.

the XN-chatosis Ion cannon ship or named "the Destroyer" by
it's crew. the reason "the Destroyer" got it's name because of the massive ion cannon that takes up most of the ship. usually they would fly in at the end of a battle or when the enemy's main ship is damaged and fire a huge amount ion energy at it disrupting there systems so severly that it would completely destroy the ship. this is notably one of the closest things to a superweapon to be produced by the new republic, although due to a half an hour recharge time and the fact that it could only destoy aclammator sized ships or damaged ones, only two were ever produced. most admirals though seem to think up strategys that could use these ships and argue that it's ion cannon could also be used to severly damage enemy ships.
