Cyborg Raceship: Man in the Box
"Fear in my eyes, now you've sewn them shut."
About this creation

Bjorn Einarsson had always been unlucky in life. He was a good kid, a good teenager, a good adult, but somehow, despite following all the rules all the time, but he still got screwed over. In a nut shell, when life handed him lemons, he couldn't make lemonade (as much as he wanted to), because the lemons were rotten.

His bad luck reached its peak on his thirty-eigth birthday, when he was in a near-fatal car crash. In the second stroke of luck since his birth, the doctors managed to save only his head attached to a life support system. Einarsson then decided that in his new form, he was perfectly suited for Cyborg Racing. So Bjorn Einarsson left his past behind and became the Cyborg Raceship known as "Wildcat."

Wildcat was a racer built for speed and agility, but unfortunately, Einarsson's bad luck followed him onto the racetrack, as he was continuously shoved around by the other racers and struck by asteroids, both of which continuously demolished his racer. Wildcat eventually got fed up and decided to renew himself once again. This time, he had his body rebuilt as "Man in the Box" to be resistant to any contact of any kind. A reinforced, structurally sound cubic body was created, complete with a state-of-art thruster system to compensate for the lack of streamlining.

Now, Man in the Box is still as unlucky as ever, but asteroids don't do damage, and the yellow and black hazard markings let other racers know to stay away. One collision with Man in the Box is guaranteed to do more damage to your ship that to his. The armor of Man in the Box has even proven resiliant enough to let the racer fly through war zones without sustaining damage, giving him an incredible advantage. Man in the Box still follows the rules. His ship contains no gadgets, no gimmicks of any sort, and he himself is in complete control of all his emotions, never letting anything go to his head.
