Klingon Bird of Prey - Part 4 - Body 2
The fourth part of my WIP.
About this creation
Part IV of my Klingon Bird of Prey. This section was very stressful to build, because of this i post it so late after the teaser. I also changed the rendering of the complete Bird of Prey to ML Cad, because in LD View the colors had not a good effect and you can see it still at Section IV (and my PC is not longer fast enough for it). But i'am still working on better methods of rendering, like POV-Ray. Hopefully in the finished ship.

Enjoy it and check out the other parts in detail! (And also my other creations)

...To be continued...

Here is a very small preview of Section V, because the work on it is very hard and going on very slowly. It's quasi an appetiser.

WoW, you've got some serious skillz in starship building. I've just wonder if "neck" shouldnt be a bit longer though. Are there wings too or just main fuselage?

Thats funny- The construction is so huge and so complex, your computer is starting to not be able to handle it? If thats not a sign of a job well done, i don't know what is! BACK UP YOUR DRIVES :D

Hi! Thanks for your nice comment on my alien autopsy vignette. This Bird of Prey is really breathtaking, so huge and so accurate - I'm looking forward to seeing the wings :-)

It's amazing how you've progressed with this! It looks absolutely fantastic! Others have probably mentioned this (maybe you too) but once you're finished it would be really cool to see a really nice render of it all. I love the coloring that's taken shape! Keep it up!

Just fantastic. The amount of work you've put into this is staggering. I truly wish it could be done beyond the realm of the digital, although parts, colors, and physical stresses on the structural integrity make it clear why you would need to do this as a digital creation. I'll continue to look forward to more progress. It's coming along beautifully.

Whatever program you use to create this is phenomenal, and do you have any idea how many pieces are on/in it? Did I mention this is an amazing WIP?
