Sliding door using a SAW

A thought of using a saw to slide a door.
About this creation


I was trying to find other uses for the lego saw and realised it aligns with technic cog teeth, so I thought I would build a simple door to see if the methord is up to anything.

What I discoverd was that you would need two of these, one on each side has the saw is not long enough to close the door fully, so it wouldbe more like a Star Trek sliding door. Also it might require a stopper so the door does not escape past the ability to be brought back.
