Buggy
Working steering, V4 engine with RWD and adjustable seat
About this creation

Rack and pinion steering, adjustable seat and rear mounted V4 driving the rear wheels, although not enough clearance for a diff. Strong enough to knock off a desk and remain intact, I tried to make this as Technic-y as possible; if it's not essential it doesn't have it! Needs knobblier tyres though.

Quoting MortalSwordsman . I thought I had commented on this one. I love little technic models like this - great fun to zoom around the kitchen table with
I still have this one for table-zooming! It's so light on parts I've not needed to dismantle it, apart from once, but then I rebuilt it from memory as it's so simple!

Nice, simple and straight to the point. The hinge plates on the bodywork remind me of 8880. It looks very 1995! I'd have bought this if it was a set. :)

The simplicity of this creation gives it a nice nostalgic feel.

This is super. You've been very bold in leaving it looking so sparse and it's all the better for it. If mine is like a set from the 80s this is, as you say, it's grandson!

Reply: VW, Audi, Ford and Volvo have infact all used V5s. I may try to make one out of LEGO one day!

reply (below) it has to be a even number of cylinders (it would be strange with a V5)

Reply (below): This is a 'V4' as the 4 cylinders are in a 'V' shape, like a V8, only with... er 4. You can have a 'V' anything, provided it's more than 1!

yeah, total throwback MOC. nice work. the overall lines really scream "buggy", good stuff this is. however, you might want to change the wheels to something knobblier. beyond that, perfect!
