Engine 18 is a 2009 Pierce Arrow XT with a 1500gpm pump and 500g water tank. This engine features a urban style body similar to what the FDNY new engines use. Engine 18 is stationed near central New Brickton in the Polish Hill section of the city. The old Engine 18 will be placed on reserve status. Special thanks to Tom D. for the chevrons.

Ah, those pesky chevrons. I've never done an engine, but any that require punching holes are troublesome. You pulled them off nicely! I love the urban-style body, they look just like the new FDNY Seagraves. Great job!
Yep, it's named after the neighborhood in Pittsburgh.

Wow, great job man!!! I love the chevrons!!! Just between you and me, did you get the name "Polish Hill" from the real Polish Hill in Pittsburgh? Just curious. Keep up the great work!!!!!
