Wat Tambor was a Skakoan male who was the Foreman of the Techno Union and Executive of Baktoid Armor Workshop. Beginning his career as the Techno Union Representative in the Galactic Senate, Tambor shot up through the ranks of the Union, eventually getting the top job. He agreed to help fund and supply Count Dooku's separatist government, the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and when war broke out between the Separatists and the Galactic Republic, Tambor began devising new ways to gain a technological advantage.
