I agree with you 100% but the age of the old Squad 1 was getting up there. So a new truck was placed into service. I still have the old Squad 1 built because it is a replica of my Fire Depts Engine 1. I just need to take picture of both the real and Lego Engine 1.
Quoting jessie willis great truck but i think that the old squad was cooler still great job

I love the PUC but truthfully i LOVED old squad engine WAY better than the PUC did you keep your old squad engine if so you should keep it on your site as a reserved squad engine if you didnt keep it... you should build a Pierce Quantrum tiller that would be AWSOME either that or find some wat to build a pierce top mount PUC there awsome ill give you a link to the pic of the truck ( http://www.piercemfg.com/PUCProduct.html ) and also do you have any ideas on how to build a perfect Sutphen Monarch Rescue cause ive been dieing to have a sutphen pumper rescue in City Of Legburgh so if you have any ideas e-mail me at chrisballder@yahoo.com

Nice one, Paul. I love the striping effect along the side there, and some good details for the scale of the MOC. Good job!
