Well....In the words of Bobby Pendragon,
And so we go
About this creation
Deep throughout the galaxy, scientists have discovered veins of a new, gaseous material called Xenite, which can be mined with a series of pressure tubes. Knowing this, mining camps like this one have been constructed on planets everywhere, including the mainly uninhabited asteroid-planet Cyprus. In this chronicle of the Cyprus Mining Camp, we'll take a look at the camp as a whole. In part 2, we'll look at the buildings and starships in detail. Bear with me now.
Here we can see the loading station for Xenite, where vehicles can bring supplies of Xenite to a pump, where it is loaded into the ship. The red beam going over the ship is a bridge that has a mobile crane that loads canisters of Xenite onto the ship's rail. to the left, the landing pad and garage can be seen.
The building closest to you is another type of Xenite loading building. the building next to it with the 6 silos is the Xenite processing plant, where the Xenite is refined.
Here is the entrance to the Xenite processing building, you can see the empty canisters moving into the building. The red and white buildings are air traffic control centers. The tall post is the pressure drill. There is a hovering fireship putting out a fire on the drill.
Bye for now guys, part 2 is coming up !

A lot of cool designs for the industrial looking elements. I too would love to see this no-studs, but it's lookin' really good as is. It would be fun to see additional sections added to this until it just becomes some huge complex with all kinds of equipment and machinery. Anyway, nicely done! |

Of course I'd like to see it studless, but you've got a lot of acreage to cover here and the collection probably can't handle that at this point. Still a lot of goodness nevertheless. |

What a cool scene-the fire-fighting ship is gold! (hehe in the 3rd picture down, bottom left corner a sticker has come off a yellow slope-just thought I'd say before Lee Jones does!) |
