The Prototype Battle Armor that all small mech designs are based on (fictionally, of course.)
About this creation
Right, before ANYONE starts bitching about the picture quality in their reviews, I'll set the record straight. My camera is small and rubbish, and I can't for the life of me find out how to fix the thing. In this instance, it may be too dark. Well, it's better than if the flash was on, which would have made it too bright. Rant over.
Okay, this is my first attempt at a mini-MOC, which may explain why the thing is a bit big. Well, it was my first attempt, and it only took me 15 minutes to build, so there you go.
In the little universe in my head, the Prototype 0-1 is the template that all large infantry-class mech builders use, as according to international law. The Prototype is armed with two machine guns and a plasma grenade launcher at the side of each gun. The machine guns are simple, and the barrels can often get slowly fried if a trigger happy gunner pilots and likes to use the grenade launchers too much. It's the energy wash from the grenades as they pass next to it, you see.
Side shot. I got the inspiration for the giant arms from a warped Metal Gear REX model I built, and subsequently dismantled. The arms are the side ports on the head of REX. You can see a bit of the suspension I put there for no other reason but because I could. (Also, the arms would flop down without it.)
A back shot. Here, you can see the suspension for the arms.
Not a good angle to view a weapon from, in any case. (If you can see past the damn blurriness and see the pic at all!)
Last pic. This was a nice MOC to build, and a good template for any other minis I build. So thanks for taking the time to view this MOC, and make sure you leave a review behind. Thanks!

That is very good! I like how it is small, yet detailed. The weapons are very good too. |
