A beautiful condominium tower that caters to the most discerning residents of my Bricktopolis. Sorry Shannon, I have no relation to the LIU (at least that I know of).

Just great! Would fit perfectly in my city. Can I have it? Please? Very nice modern architecture, which I tend to look for. Also nice that it's not just a shell skyscraper and plenty of detail... Now to furnish the insides? |

Awesome! Was this at Brickcon? I think I remember seeing it before... and were you? I seem to remember you... were you on the Eiffel Tower speed build team 3? Anyway, I love this MOC... all the windows look great. |

Jeez, I am VERY envious of your collection of light blue 3x4x1 panels. I am currently stockpiling enough to do a glass box style skyscraper with a black rooftop and ground level. In fact, I am currently stockpiling pretty much every basic brick color there is. I don't work enough I guess, and those darn paychecks always seem to get smaller and smaller. Oh well, I will build a few small shops till I have enough... Anyways I was getting sidetracked. This building is beautiful, this design could easily be used for a real building and look stunning in a Miami type setting. The only thing (I want to be honest) that I don't absolutely love is the front window placement, just seems like there's two much white space in between them, but who am I to be criticizing you? Great work as always, I will eventually comment and rate all your stuff when the idea of "spare time" becomes a reality. |

Oh that is making me want to tear every set that uses glass and white bricks to peices so I can build it, but that would be unnescessary. I still want it. |

This modern high-rise would add a distinctive profile to any skyline. I like that each side has a different character. As others have commented a lot of nice details. For a more streamlined look to the balcony railings, you may want to consider white 1x4 tiles instead of the plates. Overall, its very good architecture. |

very nice i love the shape of it but why dont u put a roof top swimming pool in it and a tennis court on the ground because i heve seen building with rooftop swimming pools and if the tennis court is on the top some stupid person could hit the ball over! just joking its a very good shape and i love the palm trees but are there any stairs in it because i love inner detail. |

The buildings looks amazing, I love the other side as well, more precisely the stairs-like division of the different floors. Itīs such an eye-catcher! And I agree with Shannon: the little features - a pool, tennis yard on the rooftop, the carpark and the luxurious top appertment - really nice. The way you composed the building doesnīt make it look like a simple tower, like one of the many other attempts you find on MOC.pages. It adds more volume and "body", which is great. Now you just have to make a nice beach or streets like in Miami in order to place in the right ambiance:) Great job!!! Steffen |

Since when were condominuims beautiful? Back where I used to live, big companies clear cut miles of forest to make way for ugly, duplicated condos. Good creation by the way. |

The white and trans light blue combo looks beautiful; is this affiliated with the LIU? Great stuff, I love all the features like tennis court, carpark and pool. And is that just an innocent sculpture or a Black Fantasy creature in disgiuse...? |
