About this creation
Forget all that rubbish the Dalek Emperor was spweing about him being "God of all Daleks" in the episode "The Parting of the Ways". The true Dalek creator is Davros. Centuries ago, on the planet Skaro, a thousand year war was raging between the Thal and Kaled races. In the old series episode "Genesis of the Daleks" starring Tom Baker as Doctor Who, the creation of the Daleks is shown. A crippled Kaled scientist named Davros realised that both sides in the war were slowly mutating due to the high radioactive fallout. He realised his race's ultimate mutational form and treated living cells with chemicals and placed the creatures inside travel machines. The final result was christened the "Dalek" and the rest is history
