A few weeks ago, I was screwing around with the idea of a Steampunk Ghost from Halo. Losing interest, I scrapped the idea and built something else. But just a few days ago, Lemon Boy built a cool Steampunk Banshee (viewable here). That was the spark that rekindled the steam engine of my brain which chugged along until it produce this. So without further adieu, here's Steampunk Ghost.
A nice view of the boiler. As you may know, the actual ghost has the weird wheel thingy on it. A bit of steampunking, and it becomes a steam valve control. Clever, huh.
The propeller is the sole driving mechanism of the Steampunk Ghost. Note the tubes leading to it.
Comin' right atcha. Note the mandatory bronze boiler.
Here it is unoccupied. it looks rather flimsy without a figure sitting in it.
Here's Sergeant Johansenn next to his ghost. Y'know how the marines in Halo have those green eye data things? I replaced it with a monocle. Ingenius, huh?
Very good idea, a blending of two such popular subjects on MOC pages. The monocle was especially ingenius. Although I do agree with Lemon Boy. Some bulk on the forward armor plates might help. Keep em comin Mike!
