Hi the aerial is the piece of plastic sticking out at a right angle to the visor. Hope that helps.

What is an "aerial"? I'm really wanting to do this project, but I don't know what that is.

'The holes should be on the line on the helmet and close to the eye slot'. The hole should be to the front of the filed area.

This was a fantastic idea(as I used it!, if you'd like to look). Anyway, that blue clone looks amazing. the color on his helmet is so solid and straight. Great idea and troopers.

this is very inventive yet simple. if you cut the bottom of the visor off of the orange one, the pat that is over his eyes, than you could maake a sweet commander cody

Argh! After I tryed to file-off the ear thngs and test fitted the visor afew times, I dicovered a small grack growing in the visor. AND it's the only one I have! Once again; AAAAAAAAAARGH! *dramatically slammes fist down on desk dramatically and quite repeatedly to the point where it breaks and colapses on his legs* (Crow has just managed to injure himself AGAIN)
