About this creation

This is a miniature Octan Oil Refinery. It has a complete parking garage, and oil tanks to store the oil. There are also little Octan trucks I made.

Very cool. I was going to say make it larger, but seeing as you meant to make it as a mini, I have nothing bad to say about this refinery.

The overall design of this MOC is very nice with just the right amount of detail to really add quality. I esp. like the use of the tiles for the road and parking structure roof. Great design!

Nice mini model, Octan is my favorite subtheme. I always loved that Octan sign and the parking garage was a great idea. Nice work.
