The helmet kinda looks like its melted, perhaps you should go with Phil's idea and post some new pictures. otherwise it seems like you put a lot of effort into this. Good job.

This is a difficult custom to make. I have not had ago at him yet. You could do with a fine file to smooth off the top of the head.

Instead of the Episode 3 Helmet, maybe you could use the Episode 2 helmets if you have them. They'll brobably make his head look thinner and not so bulky.
