A Faron 342nd Broken Dreams Cruiser.

Alrighty, hello visitors, I haven't made a MOC in a couple of weeks. I was actually testing some ideas and ships for one of my favorite cruisers, the Broken Dreams. I'll post an Idea 2 tomorrow.
As for Faron Specifications, this ship is classified as a Heavy Cruiser, a Hammerhead. First off, if you noticed, you can check this out on Flickr, I use three colors for my microscale ships. They are the colors of the Faron Snowbound or 342nd division. White, black and dark grey. Occasionally I put some random colors in t have some "flare". I worked on greebling here. Thanks to Classic Space.com, I learned some things about greebling. So, I tried a few times, and the greebles are still not good enough, they are lacking because I do not have much pieces for that kind of art. Then, I wanted the Broken dreams to have a black spinal section in the mid section. I added a heavy MAC Gun at the bottom of the ship, if you noticed. As for color scheme, I tried to have a checkered pattern and some stripes plus a color overlap, or whatever. For parts, I tried to make the Cruiser have wierd shapes, but, I did not want to change the blockyness. I'm sorry about that. As for the engines, I did my "best" here. but on I dea 2, I think I'll make the engines more difficultly postioned, like diagonoly or something. Alright, 'till tomorrow builders! I am not really link the colors. The shape is pretty good, and some of the detail is. Although, this is not one of my favorites. I have seen better efforts from you. |
