Girl with Green Hair
I was experimenting with the leaf elements to create the hair. Hoping for somewhat of an Anime look.
About this creation
Another example of my bas-relief style. The creation was turned to show the various layers.

Oops!!! Did the eyes move?

Quoting matt rowntRee Great one Cheryl! Really a fully realized work. Of course the hair is fantastic but I'm drawn to the texture of the clothing. It's almost mesmerizing. Perfect choice for the color there as well seeing that it brings out the green in her hair. Love compositions that transition out of frame also, very Whistler-esque in a reversed way. Lively lady, looks like she'd have an odd colored drink with an umbrella in a bulbous glass. Several actually. ;) Excellent!
Thank you Matt for the truly insightful comment. One thing I noticed, you could not post this on Twitter. Too many characters. lol.

Quoting El Barto ! Nifty creation! I like that Q-bert pyramid action around the neck. She'd look great on the wall in a tiki bar!
Tiki Bars. Just love 'em.

Quoting Kermunklin the Giant Evil House Head Cool! Reminds me of some kinda ancient Nature Goddess who would've hung out with the Great God Pan.
Hmmm. That is a possibility. Maybe they can hook up on eharmony.com

Thanks. I put most of my efforts in to both the hair and mouth. The rest of it just fell in place.

Quoting Henrik Jensen You remind us, in a nice way that there is more to the world than cars, planes and space adventures. And again your special style clearly shines through and reveal who is behind this Little piece of art. Nice idea to let the hair fall out of the frame.
Thank you. I'll keep in mind not to build any cars, planes, and space adventures. I'll leave that to the pros.

Thanks for the input. Instead of me hoping for an Anime look, I accomplished it.

Quoting Clayton Marchetti What no hat? :-) really cool build, I love the effect of the cheese wedges. Great parts usage for the hair and I like the highlights. Excellent work
Hat? I need no stinking hat. Actually I did consider a hat. The pink things are a loosely draped headband. Thanks for the compliment.

Quoting Topsy Creatori A great one Cheryl! Love the green hair idea. I have a female fig with green hair that I have used in an story build. I have just updated her and plan to introduce her in the future. So, you can see why I love your idea. And of course, this relief pic/build is a wonderful example of your unique style and creativity! :)
I guess girls with green hair do have a certain mystique about them. I can't wait to see yours.
