Phantasm Twin Turbo
Supernatural Encounter...
About this creation
Rear Wheel Drive

4 Wheel Independent suspension using the new Steering arms on all 4 wheels.. I also used the old style black hubs because the new ones are just too poorly designed and wobbly.

Smooth Hand of God & in car steering

Rear mounted V8

5 Speed+R Gearbox based off of the Vampire GT design, but this one lets the H.O.G. steering axle pass through it...

Opening hood and rear cover.

Butterfly/scissor doors open by rolling 12 tooth bevel gears forward and close by rolling them backwards. They are located in the rear on each side of the H.O.G.
These doors open outwards and forwards using a mechanism that implements the new steering arms.

No rare #4 white connectors were used and only Two 3L white pin with bushing were needed. I did my best to not use any really rare white parts... There are Five 19L white axles.

The headlight design was a real pain, but I think it is the signature focal point of the car and something that I really wanted to nail down to give it a unique look. The door mechanism is also new and took me quite awhile to get perfected.

Custom Titanium Tinted Chrome Lego Wheels were provided by Gábor Révai

Out of this world again, I love the details and the overal design and the way you make the doors work. Cannot wait to get started on this one...based on my parts inventory it will be red and black.

That's one downright good looking car you have there. Ace functions (love those doors) and a fantastic thing. Love your choice of colour also! Perfect for the shape of the car. Lovely!

Quoting Randy Smith OMG. Dude this is unreal. The shape of this car is off the hook. I especially love how you did the headlamps. I hope instructions are coming in the future. Slick doors too. This might very well be your best(and one of the best) technic cars ever.
Thanks Randy..! The headlight shape was a bit tricky because in order for the curves in the panels to line up, they have to be adjusted 1/2 a stud each way...
