About this creation

So, credit to Starscream Soundwave for suggesting I made the windows black instead of leaving them all empty, I definitely think it helps define the shape of the car well.

After some (Lots of) fiddling around with hinges, I finally got the 3 studs wide doors to function! Massive credit to Ralph S!

Interior is plain and plasticky, like the real car's! I will let this photo do the talking...

Classic view, the teaser didn't have that little split in the front, but I had to add it in.

With great difficulty, the engine cover opens.

I will let this photo do the talking too, according to LEGO Ideas, a picture is worth a thousand words, I guess this one proves that statement true!

I love this view, in my opinion, it puts the whole car into great perspective.

This is my LEGO Ideas proposition, if it gets 10,000 supports this Ferrari 330 P4 could be a real LEGO set you could purchase and make!

Beautiful shaping of the bodywork. I would have thought that the P4's curves were unsuitable for rendering in Lego but I am pleasantly wrong. Nicely done!

Quoting Starscream Soundwave You really didn't need to mention me! Like I said on Flickr, if it wasn't for your Countach this would easily be my favourite of yours. The P4 is probably even harder to replicate, and is definitely not something I would dare try! I can't believe how well you've done to capture the cars gorgeous lines, the shape flows just a beautifully as the real one's. The engine is great too. A truly magnificent build!
Thank you Starscream, I still prefer the Countach at the moment, the P4 is yet to win me over ;) glad you like it though!

Quoting Nick Barrett This is beautiful. I've never seen this car done better, by anyone.
Thanks Nick, though I am sure Greg998's model is a lot better than this.

Quoting Ape Fight Lovely stuff. Nice to see opening parts as well as good aesthetics : ) It looks about the right scale to go on the back of a Classic Race Teams Fiat 682 too... The only small thing that stands out is there's definitely a better way to mount that front intake splitter so attachment brick is hidden, but otherwise it's perfect. 5 stars
Thanks Ape, I'm sure it would look great on the back of the Fiat ;) and yes, I will be working on the splitter, it is on my to-do list.

Good to see you build again. Sadly I do not agree with you on your favourite photo, it makes the car look too bulky and short in my opinion. On the other hand, you did the windscreens and the shaping quite well.

The shaping on this a blinking mad! Awesome work Harry, it's just as pretty as the real deal. All the functions are there and working amazingly, The details, such as the spare tyre, really bring it to life, The engine id fantastic also! My favorite from you, mate, and I've supported on Ideas. = )

You can take any time you want if you are presenting things like this. Shaping is really acurate, mainly the rear. Interior is good, but engine steals the show - oh my god, that is impressive! Keep building dude!
