The O.P.A.C. is part of a grand Galaxy Squad strategic overhaul, emphasizing generalized tactics and streamlined unit production. The Orbital Particle Accelerator Cannon(O.P.A.C)was designed by Galaxy Squad scientists to do one thing: destroy everything. Also known in military circles as the Orbital Planetary Annihilator Canon, this super weapon uses long cylinder like structure filled with powerful magnets to accelerate particles near the speed of light. The resulting collision of particles releases energy in various forms(heat, light and gamma radiation)which can wipe clean entire regions of rocky planets, dwarf planets, and asteroids. When a planet becomes so infested with colonies of bugs that conventional tactics become unrealistic, FLEETCOM deploys it's greatest weapon to deal with the threat. The Station is not designed to take on space borne threats, and primarily relies on Nova Avenger Squadrons and Guardian Missile Platforms for it's defense, however it does sport an impressive array of anti ship weaponry and powerful shields, should the station need them.

Wow! This is a space MOC of epic proportions. The colours look great and I love how each layer is packed with playable functions. I especially like the exercise treadmill and the suitably grim-faced minifig who is on it. The barrel of the main weapon has some excellent greely textures too.All of this is especially impressive, as you built it to stand up on its own: there must be quite a weight of Lego balancing there! Excellent work!
Thanks everyone! The shaping was hard as I had to make a square peg fit into a round hole so to speak when it came to connecting the upper and lower parts, I noticed some of the pics got stretched so I will take more and re- upload some interior shots tomorrow. Thanks for your guy's comments and ratings!
Fantastic! The station looks excellent and unique from the outside and I would never have expected you to go to the effort to add an interior. The fact that you did puts this MOC over the top! Well done!
