This is the Iron Condor's right missle (lower) and small right gun (higher). The Iron Condor has very small guns do to it's role as a transport ship

The doors open to let the Iron Condor's Troopers out. The Clone in the back is CA-1 (Commander, A Platoon, #1) He is nicknamed simply the Clone Commander. Also if you look you can see the bomb carrier.
