About this creation
The Sapphire Class shuttle named Mirata was assigned to the Thunder Child shortly after the construction of the cruiser.

The Sapphire Class has been likened to a "Space delivery van", due to the shape, and its purpose of delivering goods and personnel from orbiting ships to the ground

The Sapphire Class' most notable feature is the two relatively massive boosters, which give it an excellent turn of straight-line speed, and it has surprising maneuverability for a brick

It is very brick-like, isn't it?

Brickity-brick-brick

There is only one opening in the Sapphire class, and that is the rear hatch.

Possibly the most notorious feature of the Sapphire Class was the totally spartan interior. The factory-base featured two crash seats and space for various cargo, to fit the brief given to the designers. However, since the shuttles would ultimately be used by officers to transfer between ships, they resented the fact there was no creature comforts

The cockpit is equally spartan, with a basic flight seat and instrument panel

The Sapphire class shuttle is only very lightly armed, with only a twin pair of double-barreled defense lasers

6th Surface:

It's a shuttle

Quoting David Roberts And a very practical looking shuttle too! I thought it might be bigger inside but space for a couple of passengers is all you need. I like the white and blue colour scheme and the very functional look of this ship.
I'm glad you like it. It's about 5 studs wide inside, and because of the slightly awkward build, I couldn't do much with the seating arrangement. But it came out pretty well. Thanks for the comment
