About this creation
I was all prepared to leave Orfdor. Fayku and I were talking, but things were by no means good. Imotrix was working hard to find a way to control the Angel. Before I left, I was paid another visit by Thomas.

"Achilles. I have something I must ask of you." He said. "I am at your command?" I replied, wondering what he wanted from me.

Thomas took out a map and pointed at it. "Here, in the north of Invadir, is a small settlement. The location is good, as is the potential, but the man in charge is not up to the task. He would rather it become nothing more than a barbarian encampment, but we need it to become more. You must go there and take control. You will have full access to anything you need to bring that place up to scratch. And, of course, if you wish, you can govern it yourself." He finished.

I looked at the map. "Yeah, I'll do it." I decided.

Thomas left after thanking me.

I summoned Imotrix to me, and he came almost instantly. "What's the problem?" He asked. I pondered for a few moments. "There is no problem, yet. In fact, I have a proposition." Imotrix smiled at that. "Go on." He said, trying to contain emotions I couldn't decipher. "I have been asked by Governor Thomas to go and set up my own settlement. I could use your help, and so I'd like to invite you to join me."

Imotrix waited, and for a minute I thought he was going to say no, but then he came back to himself. "Yes. Yes, I'll do it." "Good. Now, would you fetch...actually, no, wait here."

I hurried from the room and came back a few minutes later with Fayku and Tofruil, who had taken a room in the same inn as me.

I made them the same proposition to them as I had to Imotrix. Tofruil agreed almost immediately. "We can finally have a home." She beamed. Fayku wasn't as happy, but I knew he'd do whatever she said.

We eventually found ourselves in Invadir, and found the small settlement easily. It was very small, but I could see the promise Thomas had seen.

I grabbed a small child that was rushing past. "Who's in charge here?" I demanded. The child laughed. "In charge?"

He scrambled out of my grip. "That'd either be Kastov or Brucie. Good luck talking to either of them." He ran off.

The child may have thought I'd have trouble talking to either of them, but I didn't have trouble finding them. An arrow flew wildly past where we stood and a drunken group ambled up to us.

Their leader, a big, dark-skinned man, pushed to the front. "I'm Brucie. And this is my town." He growled. "What d'you want?"

I knew I might have to fight. I was ready. "I am here on the orders of Thomas of Enalica, Governor of Orfdor. I am to claim this town as Enalican." I said. Brucie laughed, spitting in my face. "This is my town." He repeated.

I was about to respond, when another group came into the picture. "This ain't your town. This is Kastov's town." A brutish Cyclops boomed.

Brucie squared up to the Cyclops. "This is my side of town, freak. Get out before I take your head off." He snarled. "This whole town belongs to Kastov." The Cyclops pushed Brucie back.

I sensed a fight between the two groups, and I knew I had to stop it. "Imotrix?" I asked over my shoulder.

Imotrix raised his...wand, I guess...and Brucie and Kastov sprang apart. Brucie fell to the floor, but Kastov stayed standing.

"Now you're both here, I'll say it again." I started, advancing. "This is my town now. You can stay and become subservient, you can leave and try your luck somewhere else, or you can try and fight me and die."

Brucie pushed himself up. "You're dead." Kastov growled at me. "And you too, Brucie. Kastov'll kill you both." And with that, the Cyclops turned and lead his small following away.

Brucie made his way towards me. "You heard him. This is war." And he left too.

I knew I couldn't let that happen. I needed a population to make this successful, and Brucie and Kastov would kill them all. "I'm going to plan. Imotrix, I want you to bring me Kastov. Fayku, bring me Brucie." I delegated.

Imotrix vanished, but Fayku lingered. "And if he doesn't want to come?" He growled. "Don't kill him. I trust your abilities." I said. It was the truth, but Fayku took it as condescension.

"Go on hun, you'll be fine." Tofruil leant down and kissed him. "For me?" Fayku blushed and stole a glance at me, then kissed her again.

"Fine." He said, and hurried away. "Thanks." I turned to Tofruil and laughed.

"So, what've you two been up to?" I asked. Tofruil smiled. She told me that her and Fayku had been moving from place to place, travelling on a whim, totally off the grid and out of the game. I was sorry for dragging them back into it, but I needed them.

Imotrix had found Kastov easily, but the Cyclops had fled, leaving his men to deal with the wizard.

Imotrix attacked, revelling in the hand-to-hand combat, toying with his attackers.

He could have smote them all instantly, but he didn't.

Fayku had trailed one of Brucie's men, a drunk, dirty Orc.

Eventually he found the leader. Fayku sprang out, drawing his sword. "You're all under arrest." He laughed slightly. "An assassin! The Enalican has sent him to kill me!"

Brucie didn't run like Kastov. He attacked Fayku, and the two entered into a vicious duel.

Kastov's troops were dealt with easily, and the Cyclops himself was not hard to find.

"You're coming with me." The wizard said, grabbing hold of Kastov.

They both disappeared.

Brucie struck, and Fayku parried.

The Dwarf ducked under another swing and disarmed his opponent. "You're done." He snarled.

Eventually, Fayku and Imotrix had both returned, dragging the two would-be dictators with them.

"I'll give you the same choices I did earlier. What d'you say?" I asked. Brucie held out his hand and looked like he wanted to sink into the ground. "I surrender. I'll stay, but I want to have a say in the leadership around here." He said, regaining some of his abrasiveness.

"Fine. That can be arranged. And you, Kastov?" I turned to the Cyclops.

"I'll be back. And you'll be sorry, all of you." Kastov bellowed, jumping to his feet and running from town.

"Right then." I said to my friends and allies. "We've got a lot of work to do."

Okay, so that's my Traveller rank challenge for Enalica in the Lands of Mythron! This is set before my last two mocs, and establishes a new settlement...it isn't named yet, so any suggestions are welcome. [Ess]

Awesome traveller... Did you see the small MOC with Skelletor in it? And a wizard who made Skelletor?
