As my body crumpled, lifeless in the foliage, my viewpoint rising slowly. I could see the entire skirmish playing out, but from this perspective, I was more distant. I heard the cooldown ticking away in the back of my mind, counting the seconds until I could respawn.
I thought about the millions of viewers watching Valhalla from their mobile devices or televisions as the mock battles were broadcasted across the world by satellites.
All those kids who dreamed of growing up and joining one of the Armies… They had no idea what it was really like here. To fight, day in and day out. No sleep. No food. Our real bodies were hooked up to IVs back home, lying motionless in vast bunkers, while our minds battled for money and glory.
They didn’t know what it was really like, to watch yourself die over and over and over, never feeling any pain. How could they?

Lindelllll - post something. :P
Posted. =P I'm really sorry, guys! I've been extremely busy with auditions, rehearsals, school, and preparing for Comic Con all at once, so it's been a kind of crazy past couple months for me. I have at least one MOC than I might be able to eventually find the time to post, although I haven't been really focused so nothing I've built has been very good. I have been trying to comment on all your MOCs still, although I've been pretty bad at that the last couple weeks in particular. But I'm still alive! =P

Can't believe I missed this. o.O Well, the foliage and landscaping are top notch. And the story is great as well. You should definitely try something with this plot. It's excellent. ;D
Thanks, Armon! Glad you like the concept, I rather liked it myself.
Thanks, Halhi! When I first got the concept for this, I wasn't sure what the actual build was going to be. But as soon as I saw all those palm leaves and bamboo stalks, I knew I wanted to do something with foliage. It's definitely my best attempt at foliage so far, I think.
