My latest entry to the 2014 MocAthalon

~~~~~~~~~~~
So. This is how the Lord of the Rings should have ended.
I know, somebody else has already done it, but hey, I love the Lord of the Rings.
Now, to the story!
While taking a break from Wizardry, Gandalf now converses with Lord Elrond of Rivendell.
Gandalf- "You know the Ring has been found. Am I correct in presuming this?"
Elrond- "Yes. It has come into my knowledge that it is in the Shire."
Gandalf- "Yes, well, it WAS in the Shire, but now… Er… Well, here now, Come with me."
The two then left the room and Elrond had not the slightest clue what he would be doing that evening.
Gandalf led Elrond into his secret lair which lay west of the Misty Mountains, carved into the rock.
Gandalf- "Ah, there now, here is the GTS 588 Warhorse issue Gand-o-bot!"
Elrond- "And what may it be? What new devilry is this?'
Gandalf- "It is a device that I have created to take on the task of the destroying of the One Ring! Are you not pleased?"
Elrond- "Gandalf, I know you're a wizard, but how in the heck are you going to control that THING if you're not directly in contact with it?"
Gandalf- "Elrond my friend, that is why I have made and downloaded the free app 'Control your bot LITE™'! I can just use the controls on my app!"
Elrond- "Of course!! How else would we take on this task? Send a group of half-wits into Mordor? WALKING? Gandalf, you're a genius!"
Gandalf- "Duh. Anyway… The Ring will be destroyed…"
The remote-controlled GTS 588 Warhorse issue Gand-o-bot™ was guided by Gandalf's app through rock, foe, dark, and Mordor. It was now blasting orcs in front of Mount Doom.
Gandalf- "YUS! This is so awesome!! I always liked playing video games! This is almost like a real one! I just need to get into Mount Doom and make the robot JUMP! Yay!"
…Five minutes later.
Gandalf- "Yes!! It worked! We're FREE! And most of all… I'M the hero…"
And thus the Ring was destroyed with ease…
Fourth Wall
This was a light-hearted story, and so I didn't try to make it accurate. I wanted to go for a funny/satirical story line that the readers would consider entertaining. If you're wondering about Gandalf's lair, it was supposed to look sort of sci fi, just to add another impossible detail into the entry.
I hope you enjoyed it! Thanks for viewing!
Note to judges- Although it may appear to be so at times, I did not edit any of the pictures on the computer. I just payed attention to lighting. Thanks!
Side note- I constructed five scenes for this build… SO ENJOY IT! (Just joking, although I hope you did. Enjoy it, that is… O_o)
The builds were in the upper four range and you get a bump for humor (it made me giggle). Score of 5 ~ Chris.
Quoting Stormjay Rider But... why did you put the ring on the chest? A sneaky orc could have taken if off with ease...
Correction- Whatever orc who tried to get the ring would be blasted to high Heavens by the shoulder mounted cannons, or severed by the sword… Or, fried by the staff...
