After watching Ender's Game for the first time, I plunged myself into a Sci Fi mood and decided to build a science fiction forced perspective scene.

Everything is indeed... awesome! The forced perspective that you added in really made it for me. Score of 5! ~ Chris.

Nice build! The details and colors look great; the use of trans pieces works really well and I quite like the various crate designs. The ships (both fig-scale and micro) are pretty cool and I like how you did the explosions. I'd've suggested blurring the FP a bit, though - moving it back or something like David said so it doesn't look like something happening in the hangar doorway. :P The other thing is the lighting - unless there's a sun somewhere out of sight, the bright, natural lighting doesn't work well for space. I'd make those trans clear plates near the top the lights to give it the artificial starship feel. Oh, but I do love that doorway. :D

This is excellent! The only thing I would say is to push the "space wall" back a little to make it look more outside. Overall it still looks great. Score: 4

nice forced perspective result here. That totally JET black view out the hangar bay really make the whole thing come together and be totally believable. I don;t think this would have worked with any other color than black. Nice job!

Whoa, nice! Like that little battle out there in "space." ;) And good thing you watched Ender's Game instead of read it. :P Well, IMO the book was kinda boring and confusing. >.> But, great build anyway.

Looks great, Stephen! I love the door, and you've packed a lot of details into this. I like David's suggestion to have the FP section back a bit, mainly for the planet. Overall, great work, I love the wall sloping toward the hanger ceiling, all the clear and trans blue plates, as well as your crate design. Great details throughout the MOC! Good luck!

It turned out awesome! The only thing is have the black part bigger, and a bit further out from the hangar so it doesn't look as though it's a plasma ball shooting into the dock. ;)
