I was inspired by the 15 piece vehicle competition. My forte isn't building vehicles. So I tried figures.
About this creation
I really enjoy viewing and commenting on the 15 piece competitions. Since building vehicles is not my forte, I thought I would try figures. I couldn't build one to my liking in 15 pieces, so I went with 20 pieces or less.

As you can see, there is the Mom, Son, and Daughter. Where's the Daddy? This wasn't meant to be a socio-politico statement on single parenting. I simply did not have enough white heads and rods for legs to complete a fourth figure. So for now Daddy will be absent.

Now if I can only find a competition to enter this little group in.

Here are the breakdown of parts for each figure.

Quoting Tyler Halliwell Heh, these rock. Nice job creating a lot of character in each one while not using a large amount of pieces.
Thanks, I find that the builds using few pieces have their own kind of interest.

Quoting David Alexander Smith Makes me think of very tasteful animation. Excellent.
Since I made these figs French, I would say that a lot of French animation is quite tasteful.

Hahha, I can understand that. I don't host contests for the same reason either. Sam might be willing to do it after the 15 piece vehicle contest is over. Can't wait to find out!

Quoting Gerald F. Btw. You could make a contest out of this idea. Like: 20 piece figurine challenge or something :P. If you ever do that, I'll compete! These are too fun!
Handling a contest might be overwhelming for me. Maybe a proven veteran like Sam the First could start another contest. What say Sam?

Quoting Gerald F. Oh my God! Once again you've amazed me with your creativity! These little guys are amazing! Ever since I entered the 15 piece challenge, I've been trying to further limit myself to using lesspieces in small builds for a bigger challenge! But these guy are adorable! Love their names too! Haha they're like the Lego version of stick figures XD! Keep On Brickin'!
Thanks. I see you got as much fun viewing these figures as I did building them.
