My newest stop-motion!
About this creation
So, as many of you know, I just moved back to the US. With that, there were many changes in my life. One of those changes is that I now have access to YouTube! So, I made a stopmotion! It took 2 weeks, so please comment and like, if you will, and help this get noticed.

A link in case the embedding is broken.

The video may have been pretty confusing, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

ok, I get the concept, as a viewer, I need to investigate to know what s going on, look at clues ect... ouff, I m really not into that, I don t have any ties with the character, I don t feel compeled to investigate at all, I feel more like a free ride.

Quoting Caleb R. Awesome! Thanks for the fix :)
No problem. Although you appear to have copied the code from my video. For your video you would be better changing the width/height from 560x315 to 560x420 (or 500x375 if you don't want it overhanging the column). If you use YouTube to set the sizes it will select ones appropriate for your own video. Why didn't you go for the simpler iframe?

Couple of questions: Was the woman his mother? Was she telling him she wasn't/was his mother? Who was the sniper? Why was he there? Was the man who saved him an angel? Were the newspapers talking about the "mystery teen" who saved the man, or was the man the "mystery teen" etc.? All in all, cool video. A little serious in my opinion, but it's obvious it was designed to be that way. Rock on.

Quoting Digital Dreams To answer your question: the YouTube iframe code should work. The old embed code stopped working after YouTube made a change 6 months ago, but if you want to use it you can if you follow the instructions here: http://www.mocpages.com/group_conversation.php?id=2600&topicid=94071

Quoting Gilbert Despathens No, I didn't use your hint. When I watched the movie, everything on the papers was too blurry to read except the headlines. Why were the police after this mysterious benefactor? It's not like he set himself up as a vigilante or anything, is it?
Well, if you watch it again and pause at the dates, it may help fill in some clues. And what government WOULDN'T want to question someone of his kind? ;)

Quoting Gilbert Despathens I think I have some of it - the police/government agents are interested in this boy with magical powers which were revealed when he saved a jumper. An officer - the main character - becomes obsessed with the case. He interrogates the boy's mother, reads all the papers and finally becomes so desperate that he jumps off a building in the hope that the boy will show up. I don't know who the sniper is, or whether the officer shot the boy first.
Well done! Everything was corrrct! The sniper was helping him to make sure the job was finished, but the sniper ended up accidentally shooting the main guy. That bit was difficult to explain. My question to you: did you use my hint?

Quoting Armon Russ Very cool. Of course there are some choppy bits, but that's typical with stopmotions. Nice work. And maybe some voices would've been nice. :P
Yeah, it;s tough stuff! Voices are my weakness, and I wanted to try one where the scene and action speaks for itself :)

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 I never though I d ask this, but, what happens? the main character looks at events in the newspaper, get sniped, but, does nt touch the ground, is nt dead, when he shoots a guy, he s the one who dies? or, has he been sniped again? why does nt he touch the ground when he falls? the scene is great, it s atmospheric, and suspenseful, the music fits well, maybe there is an important info for us to see that you skip too fast?
Alright, I'll explain everything soon, or at least give a hint in a comment soon.

Quoting Mr. Cab Very nice! If you could edit this post and write in roughly what happens for those who don't understand it, though, that would be cool. But regardless, I love it!
I plan to do that when I get home, thanks for the suggestion!

Quoting Thomas of Tortuga Very professional stopmotion, Caleb! I think I understand the story- man kills himself despite the mysterious boy- but I'm not sure :P How did you make the newspapers?
The newspapers were done using GIMP. I'll write in what happened in a little when I get home from my grandparents.
