T25 AT - Grumpy Old MANtlet
The T25 AT was a tank destroyer developed by the USA, but never manufactured.
About this creation

A rear view of the T25 AT.

The T25 AT with summer camo.

The T25 AT with winter camo.

The T25 was developed on the chassis of the T23 medium tank. It was never manufactured.

This model was surprisingly fun to build, except the gun mantlet. Oh, gods, the gun mantlet. That thing, as you can probably tell, makes me cringe whenever I look at it. Every other aspect of the model pleases me, except that little, ugly, angular pimple of a thing. If you squint, it looks like a heavily wrinkled, grumpy old man. Ugh.

Enjoy!

NOTE: For the first time, I'm including the LDD file for the vehicle. That way, you guys can get a look at exactly how utterly messy my interiors are, and why these models (most of them) would never work in real life. Also, so you can see how I build stuff. DO NOT redistribute the files, they are for personal use ONLY. I'll find out. Trust me.

Excellent job on the build like usual, you are really starting to get a good collection here. :)

Back again just to say that the T25/2 line is very rewarding, because you can still switch to T28 from T28 Prototype. So no need to play this tank ^^ (I have T30 so I know.). Cheers!

Wow, nice work. Doesn't need a title because I knew what it was right away :) Personally I would follow the other line (Hellcat, T25/2, T28 Prot. etc) because you get the same gun (slightly worse) and a turret. And the T30 at tier 9 is relatively fast, unlike the T95.

Quoting Tommy S. Great build, have you played this in wot, because I'm undecided what route to go down?
I haven't played it in WOT, I'm going down the other line (T25/2). I'm thinking I might go down this line though, if only for the T95.

Quoting Alex Sonny Nice! The mantlets sure are a pain, it's best to find a big piece that works. on the topic of interior: I never make interiors for my tanks, except for the engine bay perhaps. I'm really focused on shape and looks so mostly insides of a turret are messy clusters of connections.
Thank you! Yeah, pretty much my entire interior is a congealed mess of plates and bricks. :P Yeah, the mantlet was NOT fun. There weren't any large pieces that fit (I fiddled around with a lot of windshield pieces, but none of them worked) so I settled on making the mantlet look, well, like that. I did just get a better idea for it, though, so I might fiddle around some more with it and see what I can do.
