Classic Space Recover & Repair Rover (RRR)
This has been sitting on my shelf since the CS contest, and I even built the aquazone in between then and this photoshoot. I got back into the CS feel, and somewhere I read it's "febroverary", I hope this counts as an actual rover.
About this creation
It's big, bulky and focused on it's job - recovering broken down vehicles/spacecraft. On the large flat bed of the middle section - the cabin overhangs on the front - it carries a small spaceplane with it's launcher (for recon missions), a small buggy with an extra fuel tank and a box with analysis and repair tools, lifted off the vehicle by a small extendable crane.

The small cabin, with all three crew members cramped inside. Only two have oxygen tanks, because the commander (white) always stays inside the vehicle. The yellow one (goes by the name "Bob") is the buggy driver and the red one (named "Bob" as well) is the recon ship pilot.

Both operators at their "battle stations" - getting ready to do the job.

the operation of the small ramp used to lower the buggy onto the surface (notice the sign - we don't want anyone to ram into this, even on moons there can be serious traffic):
AHMYGAWD a gif!

Buggy ready to refuel any vehicle out there - as long as it uses one of the 3 accepted Space Fuels it has available.

The operation of the recon ship's wings and launch ramp:
AHMYGAWD a gif!

The plane ready to scout for any broken down vehicles.

The crane. I didn't bother making a gif as my camera was running low on battery by this point.

The storage box opened, tools folded

Tool holders unfolded, analysis screen raised (don't ask me why it shows a satellite - not my job).

The whole team, ready to go!

The recon ship has spotted a broken down Orange Space rover! Here's a transcript of the conversation:

Bob: I see you are in distress, my good Orange Space friend!
OS guy: Hm, indeed, I could use some help. I can't seem to start this handsome device, perhaps it has gone low on fuel? The fellows at the garage weren't as kind to put a fuel gauge into the cockpit...
Bob: Quite. I shall call the fuel buggy right away, fear not, good Sir!

Bob: How may I be of service, my good man?
OS guy: Old Bertha won't do as much as budge! I'm guessing it's all out of fuel!
Bob: How unfortunate! Let me get to that in a bit!

Bob: The fuel tank seems to be full! Is it starting up?
OS Guy: No, I'm afraid not! It may be broken, would you mind calling your friend with the nice big repair rover?
Bob: Oh, it would be my pleasure, we haven't hauled that monstrous machine out of the garage for months!

Bob: Slooowly, slooowly,
Bob: Almost there!

Bob: OUCH! I said slowly!
Bob: it's a good thing this ol' bin weighs only a few hundred pounds!
Bob: Indeed.

Bob: Okay, let's see if we can repair this piece of scrap metal!
Bob: The analysis shows nothing. I think it's time to send it back to the factory, maybe the swell chaps there will be able to mend it!
OS guy: Oh no! What can we possibly do now?

Bob: We'll have to haul it back to the base! Let's get going mate!

Sweet vehicle! The loading and unloading of the little vehicle is great as well... Do you use the same control pads as my Xcraft? Take a look at them?

it's a dense design, so much fit onto one space vehicle, very efficient as it would be. Like all the intricate details you worked into every nook and cranny of this.

Love it! It's very astonishing how the RRR can carry two vehicles plus a big crate of tools on it's back and perform so many neat functions! This would make a great CS set! The amount of functionality and creativity applied to this vehicle is endless! A superb build! Keep On Brickin'!

Quoting Francois Hamiaux I also find your pictures cristal clear! What kind of ligh you are using?
Pictures are still not as clear as I'd like. I use two light sources, a strong one from the front and a weaker one from the top, against a white backdrop.

Quoting killswitch95 [DEMON] man i wish this was a set, id buy it so fast! hey, you could put it on that cuusoo thing, and get it, and your other CS made into sets, and call it "CS revisited" because, you know, why not Zoidberg?
"CS revisited" - you mean "Neo Classic Space"? There are lots of amazing creations out there more worthy of cuusoo than this :D
Quoting killswitch95 [DEMON] im taking your ramp... so simple, and effective, yet so difficult...

"after hours of watching the ramp gif..." im taking your ramp... turns out i am slow, cant believe i never put 2 and 2 together on how to make a ramp like that years ago..., its probably gonna take me hours to try and replicate it haha, but any MOCs of mine using it, ill be sure to give you full credit, god i feel so dumb, so simple, and effective, yet so difficult...

Quoting Sebeus I A very practical vehicle, I like the loading ramp, compact and effective.
My favourite piece, in fact. The whole design is (as always) all over the place, but this piece really comes together well.
Quoting Commander Cold I like how you still have the prowler assembled.
I don't really have a good use for all that orange, so it may as well be there :D

Quoting BrickBuilder7622 . Very nicely done! I like how you made this! It does look very classic! BTW, how do you get the photos to switch like that? Is there an HTML code for that? 5/5! :)
No, I made a GIF (Photoscape) and uploaded it to imgur, and then just included it into the code, since Mocpages doesn't support gifs by default.

Quoting Locutus 666 Truely CSish! I like all the features this vehicle got. Great work dude! At last a little advice toi the gifs, you should increase the time between the frames. That gives the animations a smoother look.
You mean decrease ;) each only has 5 - 10 frames anyway, anything more and it's close to stop motion - something I used to do, not very successfully.

Quoting sam the first Haha! I love it! A very nice CS heavy duty vehicle! Ever thought of combining CS and tanks for a laugh, as you're great at both?
Perhaps, although I really can't picture how that would come out - CS being strictly peaceful, and tanks are such aggresive vehicles... Also, you sure live up to your name!
