Lectrahk XL
The insane Rahkshi, tormenting his victims with the sound of his endless laughter.
About this creation

Name: Lectrahk
Species: Rahkshi
Race: Um, Rahkshi?
Gender: None, though Lectrahk is considered male.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Allegiance: Makuta Teridax (Formerly), Drakaal
Occupation: Melee fighter
Element: Electricity
Powers: Electric blasts, immunity to pain, insanity trigger
Personality: Sadistic, insane, immune to pain. Has a very high-pitched voice and a tendency to giggle or mock frequently.
Theme music 1: Skillet - Madness in Me (The song would be from the point of view of one of his victims.)

Alternate theme music 2: Sonic Rush - Metal Scratchin' (I dunno why I chose this. It just sorta fits him.)

Bio: Most of you are familiar with how Rahkshi are created -- they are slugs who turn into mechs which can be piloted by other slugs. Lectrahk began like any other Rahk, except for one thing -- his Kraata was insane. And when it entered its mechanical body, it became electrically unstable, just as the pilot was metally unstable. And it was also discovered that he could channel his insanity through this electricity -- turning anyone he touched insane.

Teridax, seeing him as a failure, ordered a platoon of Rahkshi to kill him. When the smoke had cleared, Lectrahk was still standing -- every Rahk who tried to kill him was either driven mad or electrocuted to death. Teridax was contemplating the risks of attacking Lectrahk himself when an idea struck him. Smiling beneath his mask, he told Lectrahk to travel to the quarters of Icarax. Front view
Upon arrival, Lectrahk learned of his true mission. Icarax was in charge of a nephew with half-Makuta blood, and that blood had to be purged, or transformed so that it wouldn't hinder him. All the reason, all the restraint, all the sanity--it had to go. And Lectrahk was just the one to do it. The two sparred day after day. At first Lectrahk won, taking out his "cousin" with his supreme power and defenses; striking him down with lightning. Eventually, the Rahk found himself on the losing side of the duels -- but he didn't care. It meant he had destroyed the weakness and morals that stood in the way of true power. He never felt the pain... all he felt was triumph at having won mentally, even as he lost physically. Back view
Once his goal was succeeded, Icarax ordered his victorious nephew to throw Lectrahk out.. and so he did. They both expected him to die from the fall... but he didn't. He got himself up and began a loner life. He traveled between villages, practicing his powers. He learned bits and phrases of the Matoran language--using it meant that he could drive people mad quicke--OW! What was that? It left like static electricity on my arm... anyways, Lectrahk could deliver his maddness thro--OUCH! I felt it again!--he would strike people, and his madness would go into them, and... they.. itch... all.. over... scratchscratchscratchscratchmakeitstopmakeitstop

4.W.C.: After Christmas I took a break from BIO-MOCing to work on this. So I decided to break out the pieces and get back into the groove of BIO-MOCing.

Also, I call this "XL" because I plan to downsize him. He is rather unstable and roughly designed, and uses a lot more parts than I had planned.
Lower leg close-up
I began by making an "anatomy" of pieces I wanted to use in the body, such as armor. I then began to fit those pieces together with the TECHNIC elements and joints. I began with the lower legs, using the longest scale of Hero Factory bone. The lower legs came together decently, though they are a bit blocky.
Upper leg close-up
The upper legs I put more focus into. I originally wanted to use Breakout plasma blaster elements for those, but I couldn't find a pair, so I resorted to a different design using Metru shoulder armor. The original design used the hilt element from the Brain Attack weapons, but I didn't want to use them all here (I have another gunmetal MOC to build soon) so I made a second design that used slightly less pieces.
Spine close-up
For the torso, I originally wanted to use the Dragon Bolt brain, but it was too big. I don't really remember too much about the torso construction problems, except the difficulty I faced trying to get the Inika chest plate on after I had removed it.
Arm close-up
Arms aren't my strong point, most of them are either pre-made limb elements or expansions of Hero Factory limbs. This MOC is my first to use fully custom arms that are decent. It uses an experimental upper limb design and the Breakout blasters I wanted to use on the legs as the shaping for the lower arms.

The comparisons.

Well, that be it for now! Ratings and comments appreciated.

You know, I think all of your Bio-MOCs are a bit too chunky. It really ruins your creations for me. Still, great job!

Quoting Toa of Sushi looks nice! However, I'd recommend straightening out the color scheme. I know, there aren't too many deviations from the grey and white, but getting rid of the yellow and the dragon bolt colored spines would do some good.
Eh, I had wanted the yellow and Dragon Bolt elements in him from the start. I might get rid of yellow aside from the electrical elements in the small version, or otherwise find another way to even colors out.
