About this creation

It was dark in the underground labyrinth beneath the orc village. Fargon walked quickly through the cavern, hoping to be able to hide from any pursuers. What was next, he didn't know. He knew he couldn't return to the orc village; in helping Halbert, he had been forced to murder Larzok.

He had managed to release Halbert before leaving the arena underground. Hopefully, wherever he was, Halbert was safe.

* * *

Narzok, brother of Larzok, searched for the one who had killed his brother.

Quoting George Marshall You are using some pretty fantastic names here. I might just have to name my child one of these. Great job!
The way you said that sounds like you already have one...

Love that path. And the grass has a very nice blend. Like your mix of tiles in that cave, too. Never liked it when rock floors had all studs. :P Nice work.

Quoting Halhi 141 Haha, yeah, it makes it easier for me (and hopefully other people - are you the only one who reads my stories? :P) to remember their names/family relations.
Ah. :P And most likely not, though I probably am the one who follows them the closest. :P

Quoting Halhi 141 Thanks! Wait, which tiles, do you mean the ones on the ground? I actually like that look, 1x1 plates look too rough I think. That slope is a color known as dark grey (the old form of dark bley) so no, it's not :P Thanks again!
The ones Fargon is coming up on; I never thought they looked good as pebbles or small rocks. And on the dark gray brick, the reason I said that was not because of the color but the stud; it had what looked like a very small lip/rim, just like MB bricks do. :P

Quoting Kai Bernstein Great build! I love the blend of #2 and #5 and the SNoTed cave ceiling looks really good! Please, though - don't take a cue from Jacob on those 1x1 tiles, they generally look really bad used that way. :P 1x1 plates are much better for the job. And, oh my...the SNoTed yellowish-gray 1x3 slope at the base...is that a Mega Bloks piece? Anyways, very nice landscaping up top, though I agree with Infy on the grid look. But these are really minor things. As I said: great build!

@ Halhi: Yeah, I'm kinda conflicted on the 1x1 landscaping. It allows for more interesting color schemes, but looks very grid-like (the space between the bricks). :/

Quoting Toa Infernum Nice! I love the rockwork! The ruins are a little simple in comparison to the rest of the MOC, and I'm not the biggest fan of the 1x1 landscaping, but the MOC is great altogether. Great job! :)
Thanks Infy. Yeah, the ruins were sorta a last minute addition and I only used 1x1 bricks since I keep those separate from all my other dark green (in a PaB cup vs in a bin) so it was just easier.

Quoting Thomas of Tortuga Neat! The cave looks amazing! @Stephen: I think he means to the general public, even though reverse-engineering the basic technique isn't too hard.
Yeah, maybe I'll do it for my mociversary post (if I remember) in December. And I know it isn't too hard, considering that you've stolen the design in your last few MOCs :P
