Your space station inspired me to make something. It's nothing big, ( actually its really small), but its related to this.

Quoting Lego Jim .... Good morning. I stopped by to check out your space station. It's really awesome. I like the mini Enterprise too. The trouble with tribes episode is one of my favorites. Great work on these, just like all your stuff.
Thanks Jim.! I originally built this as a prop in the original Enterprise shoot. But I had a lot of requests to make it it's own post . Same with the a Botany Bay. Hey I aim to please :-)

Quoting Gerald F. Brilliant! I son't know much about Star Trek, so I'm grateful that you added a picture of the actual station. Amazing job withh the accuracy and design overall. Looks stable and the name on the top of the disc tops it off! I like your space background. It's so much easier to use a physical background than having to edit pictures. A job well done! Keep On Brickin'!
Thanks Gerald! Yes that's my speed old school backgrounds. I just couldn't figure out how to do those awesome backgrounds you do on the computer. I usually try not to use decals unless it's Jermaine to the creations identity like what would the Mach 5 be without its red M ha ha!

Quoting Bill Ding This space station is really awesome! I love its sleek look and its design compromising of a central disc surrounded by three smaller discs suspended on long struts. The mini Enterprise also greatly adds to it. Excellent! 5/5
I originally built this as a prop for enterprise post, but I had so many people wanted to see it as it's own post. K-7 station was in the episode Trouble with Tribbles. Thanks again Bill !

Quoting Michael Rutherford "But captain! Tribbles are not dangerous!" http://johnkennethmuir.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/conartist67.jpg Again, straight from the TV screen to the brick with an astoundingly small number of parts! No waste, no editorial changes, just straight up high fidelity depictions. I am really taken with your use of that printed disk to capture a little more detail in the lower docking bay. Again, well done! Attack!
Thank you very much Michael! I really appreciate it , yeah I thought that printed disk might make the station appear larger. Thanks again cool photo btw

Quoting matt rowntRee Yup, the tribble episode. A bit of a departure from the morality tales, a fun one nonetheless. At least we got a glimpse into Scotty's wicked sense of humor. Recognized it immediately. Not really sure if it can be considered a compliment by saying that, but it was meant that way. XD Excellent job, love the lettering, scale-wise it would probably be 23 acres of paint. ;) Nice one Brother!
Thank you Brother! 22.99999 acres to be exact }:-) those are eyebrows btw

Quoting Matt Bace Ah, the "Trouble with Tribbles" episode. I guess the producers of Star Trek figured that they needed some comic relief at that point in the season. In any case, great job modeling the space station -- it looks almost good enough to be used in the show.
