About this creation

Its finally done! This is the 1985/6 group B rally car, the Peugeot 205 Turbo 16.
This is my favourite car of all time. I built it in 1/16 scale and it has steering and full independent suspension, this was why it took so long because it was very hard to fit in the car!

Here it is with my cat "Kitty", she seemed to enjoy the white sheet!

The drivers door open

Normally, it would be the passenger door open, but because it's a rally car it's really the co-driver's door

The bonnet vent

The bonnet open, displaying the suspension and steering

another bonnet open shot

I'm not really sure what to call it, so I'll say the hatch open

the engine, it was hard to fit in because of the rear suspension.
The black part in the far right is the actual engine, so the T16 is mid-engined

all open

the blue racing seats, I enjoyed coming up with the harnesses

another interior shot, I tried the flash but it didn't help to much

the steering

the front suspension was the hardest because I had limited room, and the steering!

the rear suspension wasn't to hard but it made the engine shape slightly wrong

I really enjoyed making this car and I hope you like it, Thanks for viewing!

Quoting Nick Johnson Wow, this is amazing. You crammed so much detail in this thing, it's unbelievable. I really like how the older white Legos have yellowed a bit and make the rally car look a little dirty. It looks so awesome.

Quoting Kurt's MOCs Great work! The details and functionality is top notch. I'm all for more of the Group B racers. Perhaps the 288 GTO Evoluzione or 959 prototypes?
The 959 is a definite possibility! I'm not sure about the Evoluzione 288, but the standard one is very cool!

Quoting Joost Cumps Quite an impressive build. Mostly a classic upright buiild, but really nice suspension , interior and hood. To be honest, I don't like the front that much, something's wrong with the white brick on the side next to the indicator? The rear is much better, although maybe a 1by1 taillight? Engine room is just a tad chaotic. In conclusion a very good effort, and an excellent car choice!!
Thanks! As for the brick by the indicator I ment it to be like that because when you look at the car from the side you see the indicator but from the front it isn't right at the edge

Quoting XY EZ By far one of your best creations!! 8-P seriously now: the front is superb, really like the real one, the back and the side as well, the interior is great (where did you get those belts?) and if I'm right there is an active suspension and steering, what makes this car very intelligently made, because those technics in such a small car is mindblowing!! 8-) I really like it, the details are close to perfection, I especially like the engine and all the details in it. Another great feature is that all the back flipps like the real one what makes it look perfect! Seriously, one of the best rally cars I've seen here, and as a 2nd creation, I think there will be a lot of very great creations made by you in the next times!! 8-DD 5/5
