The Lost Fortress.
The reason this is called "The Lost Fortress" is because The fortress once belonged to a great King four hundred years ago but he eventually died and the fortress was lost with him. But then one day a traveler found the fortress and made it into a drinking den and lodging house.
About this creation
An over head view of the forest.

The stone path, I'm rather happy with the outcome of it.

The MOC from the front.

The path, they keep it rather clean no rocks, bushes or grass is allowed to be here. I'll explain about that later.

The double doors.

An over head view.

The top floor, they keep all the supply's here. Also they house the maids and slaves here.

A close up of the supply's and the boys busy folding a blanket. In the supply's there is turkey, cherry's,apples, sausages and of course liquor. The maids serve the liquor and the food, while the slaves sweep the whole fortress and they clean outside as well such as scrubbing the brick wall and sweeping the path.

Here's a close up of the cart wheels which the owner of the Fortress took to stock piling after a mans cart broke down. He whined about it for days until the owner of the fortress went and got the wheels for him.

The beds.

Now down to the second floor. This is one of the rooms. A few Knights will be spending the night here. Although there are no dogs allowed in the fortress the Knights somehow persuaded the owner to let them have there dog Fort stay. Although the maids have a dog so who knows...

The other room. The man in this room is the personal Courier of the King. And is currently traveling to the Olorun River. The Olorun River is a river that flows East to West through the heart of Tortall, Corus is the city of Tortall, on the banks of the Olorun River. Which is where our Courier is headed with the personal letter to Captain Sir Myles of Olau.

The hallway.

Now down to the first floor.

The Knights I mentioned earlier. Captain. "I raise a toast to my companions for another well fought battle great job men!" His men. "Hear hear!"

Two men headed to Corus. Not exactly the smartest choice at the moment considering the war raging on.

A lone Rusher. (A rusher is a thug.)

A lone beggar enjoying his first meal in two days and also enjoying the warmth.

The bar.

The stairs leading to the second floor.

An over head view of the forest. And the path.

The flowers.

The path.

And another view of the front.

Quoting Sean-Thomas Mahoney Great work, The greengage is really well done and i like the door, I also like how you made a little story to go along with it.
Thank you! I always like to add a little more to the builds I post here on the pages. I love writing stories as well so building LEGO and writing little stories to go along make MOC pages really fun.

Quoting Luke the Swift This is very good!! However I am unsure if the title fortress is the most fitting for this build. It strikes me as more of a vacations spot or even a hunting lodge. Again good job!! Keep building.
Thank you, I suppose your right. Maybe I'll change the name... ;) Thanks again!

Quoting Freeling ++ Nice foilage and trees. That's an interesting color for the Brick Bricks. Where did you get them?
Thanks Freeling! The brick bricks are actually Johns not mine. But he got them from one of those forest sets, I forget what it was called but it had a bear and stuff.

Quoting George Marshall Looks great! I agree that the building was a tad bit plain, even with the stripes. The paths and trees looked nice, as did the inside. The inside was also a bit boring, but still looked good nonetheless. Great job!
Thank you! I know it was a little to plain, but I suppose you learn from your mistakes.

Quoting Alex Rode The foliage is excellent and the path is cool. I think the front of the building could be spiced up, but other than that, well done!
Thanks Alex! I would have added more to the front if I could have found more windows and stuff but unfortunately was unable to. Thanks again!
